Short Description
This discussion paper seeks input into proposed changes to the Electricity Regulations 1997 (the Regulations).
The amendments proposed in this paper have arisen since those identified in the May 2001 discussion paper. If accepted they will lead to a separate amendment to the Electricity Regulations 1997 from that currently being considered by Government.
The changeover date to the new regime was 1 January 2003.
