Notice of Australian Legislation Recognised Under Regulation 101 Subclause (10) of the Electricity Regulations 1997, in Respect of Approval of Declared Articles
Notice is hereby given that on the 6th day of December 2001, and acting pursuant to regulation 101 subclause (10) of the Electricity Regulations 1997 (the Regulations), I, Graham Boxall acting under the delegated authority of the Chief Executive, Ministry of Economic Development recognise Approvals issued pursuant to the Australian legislation listed in the Schedule to this notice, as being a regime of compliance for the purpose of Regulation 101 subclause (9) of the Regulations.
