There is scope within the Electricity Regulations for exemptions to be granted for certain requirements made under the Regulations.
Below are notes on the completion of Application Form for a Chief Executive's Exemption for requirements under regulation 103 of the Electricity Regulations 1997.
The purpose of this form is to apply for a Chief Executive's exemption pursuant to regulation 103 of the Electricity Regulations 1997. For more information on what this exemption covers please refer to regulation 103.
A fee of $400.00 must accompany the application. Cheques are to be made out to the Ministry of Economic Development and should be marked "not negotiable".
