There is scope within the Regulations for exemptions to be granted for certain requirements made under the Regulations.
Below are notes on the completion of Application Form for a Chief Executive's Exemption for requirements under regulation 85 of the Gas (Safety & Measurement) Regulations 2010.
The purpose of this form is to apply for a Chief Executive's exemption pursuant to regulation 85.
A fee of $408.89 must accompany the application. Cheques are to be made out to the Ministry of Economic Development and should be marked "not negotiable".
