Declaration of Nova Gas Limited Cessation as a Gas Operator
Pursuant to section 5 of the Gas Act 1992, I hereby declare from 30 July 2010 Nova Gas Limited has ceased to be a gas operator for the purposes of the Gas Act 1992.
