Accuracy Requirements of Energy Measurement System
Energy Safety is responsible for the development of legislation, standards and monitoring of accuracy of measurement systems, including meters, calorific values and various other factors used in the billing of gas supplied to consumers.
In addition to ongoing monitoring, Energy Safety receives and processes complaints from consumers in relation to billing.
