The principal Regulation relating to the SDoC requirements is Regulation 101A of the Electricity Regulations 1997.
Offence Provision
The relevant offence provisions are contained in Regulation 107
Implementation
Gazette notices issued in accordance with Regulation 101A establish the list of products subject to SDoCs and the form for making the Declarations.
