The principal Regulation relating to the Approval requirements is Regulation 101 of the Electricity Regulations 1997.
Offence Provisions
The relevant offence provisions are contained in Regulation 107
Implementation
Gazette notices issued in accordance with Regulation 101 establish the list of products subject to Approvals, the Appliance Approval Form for applying for approvals and the recognised alternative Certification systems (including MRAs).
