Prior to being offered for sale in New Zealand, Touch Dimmers within the following definition must be
- Covered by a Supplier Declaration of compliance.
Definition
A device which is an electronically operated switch for direct or indirect operation of lamp circuits or the speed of motors and which utilises direct or indirect contact of a person with live parts for its operation.
