Declaration database problem report form

When searching the database sometimes less is more. Rather than use the drop down lists to select make and model (eg Make= "Gasman" and Model = "DVC-25"), just enter part of the model (eg "DVC") in the Keyword field. You may get more hits listed than you need but you won't miss your target if the supplier had entered something slightly different (eg "DVC 25").
